Holi supports holistic wellness and meaningful practitioner–client connections. These standards help keep the community credible and kind.

Holi does not replace emergency services, urgent care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed medical professional when that is what you need. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or seek immediate in-person care.

We ask everyone on the platform—clients and practitioners—to communicate respectfully, honor boundaries around scope of practice, and use in-app messaging and booking tools in good faith. Report concerns through support so we can follow up thoughtfully.

For virtual sessions, choose a private, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Practitioners set their own professional boundaries; clear communication before you book is encouraged.
